  Adobe After Effects CS4 Rendering problem!

  Hello,

  Whenever I try to render a movie with effects I made, the effects, even if synced, get unsynced when getting rendered. The effects either go too fast, before the action in the movie, or too slow, after the action. I’ve been getting this problem always. Help me.
