  timestamp on jpeg

  hi guys i took some pictures on my digital slr camera and imported it to iphoto. I really need to timestamp these jpeg images as they are going to used as evidence. problem is I dont know how to do and spent ages trawling sites that seem to only have a solution on windows platform. Any ideas, the exif viewer shows me time and date but i need this info actually stamped on the jpeg photos as need to email for proof.
