  The Pad Lock is unlocked

  Every time I start up my mac the lock for in system pref. is unlocked. I lock it to prevent any unwanted visitors and every time I boot up it’s unlocked. I’ve had problems with remote tampering and I think this is a setting or program used by the unwanted thief. I never had this problem before and then one day it started doing this. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
