    hi guys

We have just brought four new macpros each mac has one system drive and two local media drives drives. We have put them on a corporate network, which is in windows environment. We have put all the macs in same workgroup. i have turn the sharing on. Pass the command ln _sn for windows sharing.

I have created two users on each machine. one admin and one standard. My problem is, in standard user account, Mac to Mac I am getting access only to user account and not getting any local drives.

Mac to pc, I could get all the drives on pc but cant get access to pc from Mac.

I hope I have able to explain my problem. Please need your views and help on the above.

    regards
    nikei

press “apple” k, then type the shared name of a mac on the network then add (.local). ie smothies_mac.local, login with the admin password and check the remember password. all volumes should display. then just create a short cut to the drive.. pc to mac though i’ve only gotten to the users space not the disks..
