  image specs for iTunes album artwork

  I know how to drop in user album artwork, what I need to do is blend in custom artwork with iTunes store purchased artwork for a corporate internal video and no matter what size or quality settings, my images always turn out soft. Does iTunes use vector based artwork for this?

  Having no luck searching the Apple Developer site so anything from you Macheads would be great!
