  QTVR Panorma (Windows Version with hotspots?)

  I’m not here for a format flame war – this is a sincere legitimate question. Ok – I’ve found older documentation saying its not available for pc – but it was around QT version 5 and I was just wondering if you know of an authoring tool for windows that allows you to put hotspots in QTVR panoramas. Can you do this in QT Pro? Thanks!
