    Hi
    I have a 8 year old laser xerox workhorse that costs me peanuts compared to my inkjet but since upgrading my gear it has been neglected. I have an apple talk to ethernet adapter hub I’ve connected the printer to my airport and I what to print from my laptop over the wireless….any ideas next ?? PLEASE !!!!\thanks

    hello…

    if the printer itself is a network printer (hard to guess but i’d say probably not) then when you plugged it into the airport it has an ip that you can connect to it with (not a regular airport user, so i can’t recall if you can get a list of currently connected devices via the control panel – if so, then you could get it’s network name and ip that way)…

    if not, then you should connect it directly to one computer on your network and set that box up to share the printer with other boxes…

    if you happen to have an airport extreme and some way to convert the signal to usb, you could try this:
