I have a 1999 Powerbook G3 (320MB RAM, 7GB Hard drive). Can I install 10.3 on this? OS 9.2 is getting old, but I can’t afford a new Titanium yet. But I also don’t want to go ahead and cause myself problems (or waste money) if OS X won’t install…

    Any feedback appreciated.

The OS will take up almost the entire Hard Drive, but I am running OS 10.3.9 on a Lombard Powerbook: 333MHz, 320MB RAM, 20GB HD. The basic requirement is that your laptop have built in USB, which I believe the Lombard is the first to have.

I’ve got built in USB too (I need to check my actual model…it’s been a while). But perhaps I need to install a new larger hard drive. They ain’t too expensive…

    Thanks!
