I saw this twixtor tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ycjwORvHUlw

…and was wondering why 1/1000-1/2000 is the shutter speed range recommended in the tut. Why not go to 1/4000 (which is as high as my T2i goes) or simply 1/2500 or 1/3000. Won’t I get better results the higher I go?

The keypoint is the shorter the exposure the less blur there is in the frame so the easier it is to track, however there is a physical limit to that which is at some point you need to let some light in so the image is not just noise.
