  Not smooth in final cut express

  Hey everyone,

  I recently downloaded the demo version of Twixtor Express for Final Cut Express, as I wanted to test the product out before purchasing. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get it to work properly. Here’s my set-up:

  I used a canon 7d and shot at 720p60, with the shutter speed set to 1/2000. I was outdoors with good lighting. Only my subject was moving in the shot, everything else was stationary.

  I then imported the footage and dropped it into Final Cut Express. I followed the workflow suggested in the tutorial and applied twixtor to that nested sequence. What I got, however, was a whole mess of morphing all around the lego car, completely unusable and unnacceptable. The space around the car was wavy and not smooth at all.

  I’ve spent hours researching online, and have been unable to find what my mistake was. Any ideas?
