  after effects real time preview with sound

  Hello,
  I`m kind of new in working with ae, and I want to make a video. The problem is that I have a layer with the sound that I want to hear and to match the videos and effects on it but I can`t set a good preview in ae so that the video and sound play in real time.
  Does anybody here knows how to set this?

  I know about number 0, but in this way it doesn`t play in real time it is much slower an I haven`t find anywhere how to set this…
