  Blend Mode only affecting some subjacent layers

  I have two shape-layers (on top: layer A and beneath it: layer B), both in overlay mode and one background-layer (a gradient). It looks fine, but it bothers me that when I look “through” layer A I can see both layer B and the background layer effected by the overlay-mode of layer A. Is it possible tp tell the blending mode only to affect some layers?

  It’s kinda hard to explain 😉
