  C100 dual pixel upgraded or not

  Hi,
  I have a Canon C100 Mk 1. I bought it used a few years ago. I was told it has Dual Pixel but I cannot find it in the settings. Closest thing i see is Continuous AF setting. but no face detection. Does the Mk 1 have the dual pixel upgradability or is it different than the MK 2 version?
