  New to forum!! Have Canon XH A1s with damaged A/V1 port

  Good day all!!
  I just purchased a used Canon XH A1s from a local church. It works with the exception of a damaged A/V1 port. Can these be replaced easily? I don’t know much about these cameras…..purchased as a gift for my son who is a budding videographer/ film maker. Any advice would be humbly welcomed.

  The port looks like a jack may have been pulled out at an angle (someone probably tripped on a cord…who knows). In any case the yellow plastic ring is broken and the female connector is slightly pulled out and bent. It makes only intermittent connection when plugged.
