    Hi everybody!

    Tomorrow I will buy a Canon C100!
I’m so happy and excited about to use it but I still don’t know which lens to buy.
I would love a lens to use overall handeld, to use in every situation, just to start with the camera.
    I can buy a Canon 24-70L 2.8 I but I’m a little afraid cause it’s not IS and I don’t know if I can handle it without shoulder mount…

    Any advice?

    Thank you very much!

I have had the c100 for a week, it’s great. I use the 17~55 f2.8 IS, and 24~105 f4.0 IS. Love the IS features for hand held!

Buy a zacuto Z-finder eyecup and foam cover for the viewfinder, a must have.

I also use the Hoodman loupe with the extender for the LCD, works well.

    Have fun!

    Thanks!

I thought about that lenses.. .

I don’t like too much the f4 of the 24-105…

What do you think about the Tamron 24-70 2.8 vc (stabilization)?

I have not used the Tameron, could be good, but most lenses are not “sharp” till you stop down a bit. With the C100 an f4.0 lens is not really a big deal for most work. If you are shooing in the dark, use fast primes.

I’m also using the 24-104L as my main lens. I’d like a little more range but it’s been a good choice overall.
