  Time lapse video on Canon Vixia HV30

  I have a Canon Vixia HV30 and need to shoot some time-lapse video. Can’t find the setting for changing the fps setting. Is there one? If not, how can I achieve this. Wanting to compress 5 hours in to 5 minutes, so ideally a frame rate of 1 frame every 2 seconds = 30 frames per minute.
