  Color between Canon consumer models

  I have a Canon Vixia HF11 but need another cam as well. Both will be set up on a Drag Strip to capture the cars at different intervals down the quarter mile and put together to show the individuals run. These will be matched with both Flip and GoPro cams as well. Does anyone know how well Canon maintains the same color ranges between their models?
  I keep thinking I need to stick with the same model HF11 or the HF10 as I don’t want to spend more time color matching in post. Any info and suggestions would be appreciated.
