i have a canon xf100 for work and i have panasonic hdc hs900 for my home video’s.
The picture quality from the panasonic is really fantastic, truly the best homecamcorder i’ve ever had.
I cannot get the same superb quality out of the canon. I tried al kinds of things but somehow the pictures are not as sharp like the pictures from the panasonic.

    Any tips?

After a lot testing i have made custum presets to get the look i want. In the default setting this camera is terrible.
So my advice to everybody is to put together CP’s first and than start filming. I also find that the zebra and waveform are things you cannot do without with this camera.
When i got this camera i had no time to test it, and had to use it rightaway. I was not very happy with the results from that day, but now i feel convident that in the future my footage will look great.
