  a dv tape keeps self ejecting while any other tape works fine and on deadline

  so im trying to log and capture an event on to my computer. i used a 3 camera set up, and the tape im trying to use was filmed on a rented gl2. i already captured a different tape recorded from the same event on the same camera. i rewound the bad tape then after that it wouldn’t work. im trying to use the tape on my canon gl1 and canon xh a1s both self eject it. is there any ways to fix this? any help would be appreciated
