  XL1 Glitches in audio and video

  We are shooting a television show on 3 XL1s and we keep getting glitches on audio and video. We are shooting in -5 degree weather would this have something to do with it? Also can i clean the recording head with a head cleaner or will this hurt it?(Head cleaner tape)

  Hello Chris,
  Did you ever figure out the solution for this? I’m using a similar camera and running into the same frustrating thing.
