  camera RAW importing color change issues

  i did try a search for this-since it must be a common problem- but couldn’t find an answer-any help will be appreciated.

  When i initially bring my RAW files into Lightroom or Bridge the colors get all messed up, and then i have to touch every one of them (or synch a bunch of times). i want start with settings i have in my camera and make adjustments from there. is there a way to set either of those programs up to import the photos in this manner? When i shoot jpgs with my RAW, i usually like my jpgs, so i would prefer to start from this point and then make adjustments as needed with the extra benefits of RAW.

  im using the new Lightroom 3 Beta since it works with my 7D RAW files (CS3 Bridge does not).
