  ZR-1000 Problem

  I just ordered a brand new ZR-1000 lanc controller from b&h to use with my xha1s. I pluged it in and nothing happens! Am I missing something? I tried it on my GL2 with the same results. I know the zr-1000 is a cheaper controler but DOA? Is that a possibility?
