  Cannon 5d In point slipage

  Hey all, I shot a test piece with the Cannon5DmkII and am having some problems. I used StreamClip to compress the file into ProRes, and everything worked fine in the sequence. However when I applied color correction (or any filter) the in points would slip by about 1 second after the render. So I thought, Ill just export and make a self contained movie, then apply the color effect. No dice, the slippage was present in the exported file as well. Though when played from the timeline my original edits showed no slippage. If anybody has some advice and/or Just for Men, I would be very appreciative. Cheers!
