  How to get images off the Canon XH A1

  Everyone brags on how nice it is that the XH A1 takes nice photos especially while filming and I too love this feature except for one minor detail. I have not been able to get any of the images off the camera. I had tried 2 different Sd card readers and both simply say card error when I try to read the images. I can see the images perfectly on the camera and there isn’t any question that it is there, but I can’t find a way to get them off. Before I buy yet another card reader I wanted to see if anyone had a recommendation of one that actually works or if there is a way to get the images using the normal HDV out port that is taking the video to Final Cut Pro.
