  Daisy-chain HV30

  My situation:
  two canon HV30’s
  one iMac (one firewire 800)

  What’s the best way to connect the two cameras simultaneously to the iMac? I’ve heard canon’s are not the best with daisy-chains but wasn’t sure how true it is. Also, since I don’t have the HV30’s on hand right now, is it even possible to daisy-chain them, and if so, what connectors would I need on the firewire cables?
