  • Remove DISPLAY TEXT from RecVideo

Posted by Sor Socheth on April 8, 2008 at 5:14 am

The recorded video on the XL H1 mess up end up recording everything on the display viewer to the video tape.

The funny thing was, when the video fastforward or fast play, the Display Text disappeared.

I was wondering is there a way to get rid of the displayed from the video? Any service I can go to, to have them remove?

Your help is most greatly appreciated.

Try playing the tape in another camera or deck. If the display is gone then it’s not recorded to the actual tape and you’ll be able to turn that feature off in the XL-H1’s menu. If the display text is actually burned into the picture on the tape there’s nothing you can do about it other than to re-shoot.

    Sorry.

Yes, it does show the same result on other vtr or camcorder.
I guest it burn on the auctual tape alright.

But how come when fastforward or rewind or fast play, the text disappear? Oh, by the way, the footage was in HD.

I don’t understand it. Is there a trick somewhere that I wasn’t aware about?

Hopefully someone here had the same experience and find a way.

    Thanks for the replied.
