  Hello, please watch this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JM_d-2spYPI.

  At 0:39 theirs like a transition with like weird lines. I wanted to know how I could create this or what it is called.

  looks like wave warp, with wave type set to noise. adjust height and direction to suit…

  Thank you, seems quite similar though im still having a bit of trouble getting the settings right.

  Also do you know of any built in plugin in after effects which makes the wavy TV effect?

  I have digieffects but its hard to use when their aint many tutorials on it.
