  Recommendation for External hard drive while capturing

  Hi Canon Videographers,

  I have a Canon GL2 and plan on getting a HD Camcorder but I’m not exactly sure which one to get as of yet. I’ll probably go with a Canon since all my equipment is Canon. I’m looking for an external hard drive to capture my footage too instead of tape. I need something that I can capture DV as well as HDV. What do you recommend for use out in the field?
