Green screen problems with Pink colors
I seem to have a problem with using Keylight and Primatte when it comes to the girl pink shirt on a green screen. If you watch the video below, and skip to 2:35 you’ll see a green border on her shirt. The only way I’ve managed to get rid of this is by using a choke matte method and it ruins the edges of the keyed footage. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice?

have you tried using the dv artifactor in primatte? Also, when you have color such as red, orange, pink, around greenscreen, it’s a good idea to use garbage mattes, and only use 4:4:4 10 bit such as tiff trillions. Any 8 bit output or render will destroy the pink. Also, I noticed that the background had some noise. I’d definately check the chroma keys in 32bpc mode to see if the alpha channels aren’t flickering.

The matte choke has a few ways to soften the choke dont just use the default.
Also if you don’t have the “Key Correct” plugin… I think it is very hard to deal with many of the problems you are having.
You can also try and get rid of the spill on the shirt via the spill sponge in Primatte.
