    Hello all,

I’m hoping this is the right forum for this (might need to be in the Premiere forum). I’m working with a local cinema that’s putting on a film festival. They’ve asked that I put all of the films (shorts) onto one blu-ray. The blu-ray will then be projected through a Barco Optix Cinemascope M-Version projector onto a 2.35:1 screen. So I’m trying to figure out the best way to create a disc that will have mixed aspect ratios (some films will be 1.78:1) for viewing through an animorphic lens onto a scope screen? I know that I can vertically stretch the scope films into the 16×9 container, but I’m not sure how to handle the 1.78:1 films.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks,
    Josh

If you don’t mind some letter-boxing, create to the longest portion’s dimensions

    Cheers
