  Sony architect Issue

  Need some advice on burning a DVD in Sony architect
  I want to create a DVD using Sony architect 5, all the files are 1080 and in mp4, however as DVD architect wants to use MPEG-2 DVD. I’ve tried converting the files to that format in premier cs5.5 but am loosing quality and the size of a 4gig files gets reduced to 800mb.
  Is there a better option to convert without losing quality?
