  Any recommendations for an external Blu-ray burner?

  I want to be able to author my own Blu-ray DVDs. Any suggestions for a burner?

  I recently bought an LG be12lu38 to supplement my old LaCie 8x. One on each of my Mac systems and consistently putting out Blu-rays. Never a problem with either burner, but the LG is faster.

  I’ll add another vote for LG. I have tried Pioneer, LG and Plextor and LG is by far my favorite so far.
