  Authoring DVDs for outside the US: Specifically Kazakhstan

  So I need to burn DVDs for a client who is going to send them to Kazakhstan and the surrounding area. And I’d rather not burn a whole bunch of DVDs only to find out I didn’t do it right.

  Does anyone know the format that DVDs need to be in? PAL? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

  It’s PAL but even NTSC disc will play there
