  Encore doesn’t allow TGAs files

  Hi all,
  since everyone is discussing encore, I’d thought I would bring up this topic:

  Why can’t encore import image sequences? my workflow is as followed:
  Render tga out of nuke, into premiere cs4, out to encoder.

  It would be nice if you could just open up encore’s stand alone and import from there.

  There is no DVD Authoring program that is going to handle Image seq. In fact it should be a common practice to encode to m2v before bringing any video into any authoring program.

  I don’t think that NUKE, outputs to M2v
  So to output to tga…to m2v…to dvd is a little much
  I guess I’ll stick to tga into QT player or DJV player
