  HD source to SD DVD without letterbox?

  I shot my project in DVC Pro HD and I need to make an SD DVD. Is there a way to keep the video full screen without having a letterbox? I’d like the video to look full screen on both a 4:3 screen and a 16:9 screen without it looking verticaly stretched. Is this possible?

  You set it to Pan & Scan. This will crop the right and left of the image off the 16:9 and give you full screen 4:3. But you have to have made the graphics and frame work with the cropping.
