  EX1 HD to DVD

  What is the best way to go from HD 1920 x 1080 from an EX1 or JVC100u/700u to a SD – DVD.

  The footage has been edited at its native format.

  I can think of two ways to do it. Either compressor, and if compressor can you step me through the process, or… I have already exported an HD quicktime (.mov) file, I was thinking I could reimport the HD.mov into final cut, but into an SD timeline, resize if needed, and re-exort in SD format and then author the DVD?

  Or can an HD.mov be brought into DVD Studio Pro and it will auto compress it to SD?

  Any help is very appreciated.
