  Error Message During Build/Format

  I’m having a problem formatting/building a DVD.
  I am using Memorex DVD+R DL media—-after the disc
  goes through compiling, the formatting toolbar appears,
  and then I get an error message that says “The recording device
  reported a media error: Unknown device error.” It then
  ejects the disc. What is happening here? Is there
  a setting that I am forgetting about?
