  Creating a DVD that will start a program over a DVD on PC/Mac

  Is it possible to make a DVD that will function normally when put into a regular DVD player. However, if put into a PC/Mac, will start a Flash .exe or .app instead of auto running the DVD?

  If so, where do I look to make this happen, and what steps should I take to do it?
