I am exporting a video from Final Cut Pro to Compressor that is one hour and forty eight minutes long. For some reason, when I export using Best Quality 4:3 Standard Def 120 min’s (2 pass), the video file comes out too large to fit on a DVD. The video file ends up being 4.7 GB which leaves no room for the audio or menu in DVD Studio Pro. Any suggestions?

Could the settings have been changed. As long as you use ac3 audio the average needs to be no more than 4.8 Mbps for 120 minutes.
