Hi, I have a Quad 2.8 with 10 gigs ram and I have an open slot for another DVD drive. I want to put a Blue Ray burner in there. I have seen a few models ranging from $149 to $600. I don’t know what are the baselines I should be comparing between them. I have a 1080 422 Pro Res project I need to get out to a Blue Ray disc, as a loop for a product show. Suggestion of the easiest hardware instillation and ease to locate? The simplest software needed to get the job done with the expected quality, No menu needed, it is a continues playing loop for display only. Or a Blue Ray player that will play a single timeline set to play a loop.

Thank you for your suggestions on Equipment, Software and workflow. I have a Kona3 card if that helps on possible using an external burner that could also double as the player at the display.
