  Strange ringing around abstract images after

  I just shot a bunch of really great footage with my Panasonic HMC150. The problem is that it all looks amazing when I watch it on my PS3 directly from the SDHC card. But when I put it into FCP and edit it and then burn a DVD in iDVD the image has a hard time with jagged edges or buildings or when I pan quickly or people walk by it happens occasionally. It doesn’t happen on all shots just on some. There is no issue with those shots when I watch directly from the card.

  What can I do to stop that break up from happening after I compress it to DVD.
