  Need help: strobe in DVD video

  Hi Folks,

  I am working with a DVCpro HD Final Cut Pro project shot in Europe at 1080i50. I need to make a few NTSC DVDs to send to the client. My attempts so far to make the DVD using compressor and DVD Studio Pro 4 has resulted in a terrible strobe. Any suggestions?

  Strobing will get better if you do a standards conversion to 60i, but you’ll still notice it in pans and scrolling text.
