Anyone know of a way to replace the “stock” menu graphics with custom graphics — as in company branding? It’s a JVC SR-MV45US “professional” recorder, not like a Pioneer professional.

Do you mean when the disc stops playing or just in general. Some disc players allow you to set the color or whatever but never heard of one that lets you upload an image. You can have an image that will appear when the user hits stop on your DVD though. Check your manual for Jacket picture.

No, the actual playback menu that is created when you record to disc.

The Pioneer PRV-LX1 does, but we can’t justify getting one like that, which is why I was curious to see if others could be “hacked” to allow replacing the original graphics (as you might update the firmware by data disc).

    Thanks

No clue- but Google might be able to help. Kinda doubtful sounding though. this is what your main menu is for if you want a permanent installation.

Yeah I figured that’d be a better way to go, but thought I’d give the COW a shot. I’ll have to sort through all the “Region-Free Hack!”s hits though! Thanks for the insight.
