  Newbie Menu Question

  Hello!
  I’ve been having issues finding the best way to go about authoring dvd’s and continually have questions, so I appreciate any help!
  This is probably a little too broad, but is there a way to develop a menu in one program and convert it to mpeg2 in another, or is it always a one-program deal?
  On the flip side, is there a way to link up VOB files instead of having them ‘jump’ every time they move from one to another while watching the dvd?
