  2007 DVDA Excellence Awards Deadline Extended

  Deadline for 2007 DVDA Excellence Awards Extended

  Due to increased interest in these awards and repeated requests from Major Studios, Developers and Members of the DVDA, the deadline has been extended until Wednesday May 9th at midnight Central Daylight Savings Time. All materials will have to be received no later than Friday May 11, 2007 in order to be judged.

  The DVDA Excellence Awards are one of the oldest in the industry and the only merit-based awards judged by peers. Awards of Excellence are presented in Content Owner and Developer Categories.

  This year programs are accepted in DVD, Blu Ray and HD DVD formats.

  The 2007 DVDA Excellence Awards will be presented on June 21. The ceremony will be hosted by the TXH Best Practices Lab, and the awards will be presented at the Chaplin Theater on the Raleigh Studios lot. Complete details to announced shortly.
