  list of DVD burning gotcha’s – Mac version?

  I can’t seem to locate my copy of a very helpful document on how to set up your computer for DVD burning. It gave very good, specific advice about specific programs which interrupted the DVD burning process by “polling the drive.” (My link leads to a web page that doesn’t exist anymore.)

  If I recall correctly, this “missing document” dealt primarily with PCs. Could someone point me to that document, and is there similar advice that relates to Macs? I am having particular problems with making good DVDs from a Mac Powerbook. My limited experience with Macs is not helping me to figure this out.
