  DVD Authoring Program That Can Capture Video?

  I often create my DVDs by capturing the video into Ulead DVD Movie Maker 4. I will then make my chapters and menues then burn the dvd. I was wondering if there was another DVD authoring program out there that lets you capture video into the program.

  There are plenty of video editing apps that can capture, edit then author and burn DVDs, Like Premiere Elements and Pro 2.0.
