I edited footage in Adobe Premiere 1.5 and used After Effects 6.5 for the text. The problem I am having with the text once I made the full DVD is that in some clips the text wavers up and down (looks like it is shrinking and expanding by just a bit). Is there any easy reason why this is happening? My ideas are from the fact that I deinterlaced the footage from the upper lines and it compressed using lower first…or something like that, and the text was effected by that?

I don’t know if this is enough info to diagnose the problem, if you need more info I might be able to post a link to the clips
    Thanks

Try a little gaussian blur on your text layers – works for me everytime.

I’m not too familiar with the vagaries of Premiere since I don’t use it, but it could be that your text is suffering from interlace issues when the frame is paused?
Try not de-interlacing the footage and see what happens.
