    Hi there,

I’m creating some black and white footage from colour. Does anyone knows of any black and white 35mm presets.

Im looking for Ilford HP5plus Black + White Film or Kodak Professional Tri-X Pan 400 or something that looks like film rather than a Hue and Saturation.

Or if any one could point me in the direction of a good B&W tutorial that would be great.

    Thanks for any help.

    Martyn.

Channel Mixer is one of the best effects for giving you good control over your black and white conversion.
There is also the Black and White effect but I haven’t used it much. (I’m old school.)

    Hi Michael,
    Thanks for that tip.
There’s a lot more control using the Channel Mixer. Much better than HUE & SATURATION for detailed B& W.

    Thanks,
    Martyn.

Very realistic film grain. I was skeptical too, but I was like wow!
