I am creating a DVD for a TV host/musician that would like to have their music available as part of their DVD. What I am attempting to do is create a menu that has the Album art and song list. 13 songs, thirteen buttons. I am currently using a track with markers. What I am hopping for is a more elegant solution, preferable the following:

Is it possible to have a menu with buttons that don’t take you off of the menu, put instead just trigger a different piece of background audio?

    Thanks

    sure.

duplicate that menu list for however many songs you
have (so that it maintains the same look) then just
create the songs as background audio for each one.

Thanks, I thought of that, but won’t I loose the ability to advance to the next song with the chapter button?

    it should work.

instead of using the menu feature you’d have a defined duration
of the still frame (menu) to match the song duration.

Each one could be a chapter point and thus each one could
    be accessed with chapter next/previous.
